Control the new Samsung Galaxy S6 with a tap of your finger
Designed with a modern tech support center in mind, the ISL Online’s app empowers mobile supporters to securely access Android phones and tablets and fully control any Samsung device running on Android 4.2.2 or newer.
Yes, if you own the latest Samsung Galaxy S6, it will work on it as well. Actually, you can access the new Galaxy S6 from another mobile device or computer and control it remotely, troubleshoot technical issues, change settings or install new applications.
Samsung – ISL Online partnership powers efficient mobile support
The premium app to securely access and control all Samsung mobile phones and tablets is actually a result of a tight partnership with the world’s largest IT company, Samsung Electronics, who has selected ISL Online as a Silver Partner through their Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program (SEAP) in order to develop remote access applications for the Android platform.
“We wanted to offer more to our customers and enable full remote control of mobile devices from another smartphone, tablet or computer. That is why we made contact with Samsung Electronics in 2013,” explains Mitja Vavpotic, responsible for integrations and international partnership at ISL Online. “The outcome of our collaboration was a premium remote desktop application, which added full remote control to the already existing industry-standard automated real-time screenshot sharing between an operator and a mobile user. Soon, many users installed the application onto their mobile devices, and ISL Online in turn got certified as a silver partner in Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program (SEAP).”
