Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH (Konica Minolta) has switched to a completely rebranded white-label remote desktop solution provided by ISL Online. Just weeks after ISL Online had been named Japan’s number one remote desktop provider by a renowned Japanese market research and consulting company, Seed Planning, Inc., it is proud to announce that Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH (Konica Minolta) has switched to a completely rebranded white-label remote desktop solution provided by ISL Online.

Since Konica Minolta is part of an international ecosystem and a globally recognisable brand, it was important to match the visuals of their primary customer support solution to their brand. ISL Online as the software provider has thus delivered a fully customised version of the remote desktop application and a user web portal, both fully compliant with Konica Minolta corporate identity. The IT services provider has since reported multiple benefits like better brand identification and awareness reflected in a consistent brand image, and a more user-friendly interface.
