Great product and great support (lots of extras)
I’ve looked at multiple other products (after deciding to leave TeamViewer) to find a solution that fits my requirements. One of them is providing remote support to Windows Server Virtual Machine users. ISL Light basically is the only product that could do this easily. Many other products have different products (or subscriptions) for attended and unattended support while with ISL Online you get both for a very good price.

ISL Online great value for money and easy to use
The flexible trial period, great value for money, most of the features of the better-known remote support software tools but realistically priced. Scalable solution with many added features provided as add-ons. Very good support to make your transition from another solution as smooth as possible. Nice people to deal with. Unattended access works very well, integrated chat window can be incorporated into your website and the product can be white labelled if required and customised to your organisation.
