Remote support solution for every business
What ISL Online provides is a cross-platform enterprise remote support solution that lets tech reps efficiently assist attended and unattended remote computers with IT issues securely through the Internet. Top 9 reasons why to choose ISL Online as the enterprise remote control service.

NEW: Group and share remote computers
In addition to accessing and controlling remote computers, ISL Light 4.1 allows technicians to easily organise their computers into groups and share them with others. This is essential to enhancing productivity and remote devices maintenance, since creating separate groups within a license and assigning users to them lets you ensure that specific teams always hold access to computers they need. Needless to say, with sharing the access rights or not, clients can rest assured that their computer is by all means secure; no one can directly access their computer except for authorised technicians within the same account. Here is how grouping works.

First, organise remote computers into groups
The new grouping feature lets you organise remote computers according to location, function, operating system, or any other criteria you specify. For example, you might place all sales computers in one group, accountant in another, and production in a third; or Windows, Mac and Linux computers separated into three groups. Let’s see how.

Step 1.
Log into your account in ISL Light and open the “Computers” tab.
